This skirt is designed with a luxe, twilight inspired colour palette in rich, lush floral motifs to create a truly alluring print. Developed in a soft, chiffon fabric adorned with Needle & Thread signature frill trims. Designed with a smocked waistband with vintage inspired embroidery stitch.
