Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation and tracking number. Whilst we endeavour to despatch your Needle & Thread purchase to you as soon as possible, we can only do this once our payment gateway, Shopify Pay, have approved the payment. If for any reason your payment is rejected or not authorized then we will contact you via email to process the payment.
Parcels cannot be left in a safe place as a signature is required upon delivery. In the event that there is no-one available to sign for the parcel, our delivery partner will leave a card notifying you that delivery has been attempted.
