Free US Standard Shipping (4-7 working days)
US Express Delivery (1-3 working days) - $15
Orders placed over the weekend after 1pm on Friday will be sent out on the following Monday, or the next working day in the case of Bank Holidays (please kindly note we do not deliver or dispatch on UK Bank Holidays).
As a result of an increase in order volume during our peak trading season, your order may take a few extra days to reach you. Please get in touch with our customer service team if you have any questions customercare@needleandthread.com
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation and tracking number. Whilst we endeavour to despatch your Needle & Thread purchase to you as soon as possible, we can only do this once our payment gateway, Shopify Pay, have approved the payment. If for any reason your payment is rejected or not authorized then we will contact you via email to process the payment.
Please note deliveries no longer require a signature. Parcels will be left in a safe space if no one is available to receive the delivery. Alternatively, once tracking has been sent, you can select a more suitable delivery date by contacting the carrier directly:
