The Carmen Ruffle Ankle Gown in Petal Pink. Designed with delicate tulle ruffles shaped into scallop sections, perfectly positioned to create a signature Needle & Thread romantic, textured look. This gown is beautifully embroidered with floral vine borders, featuring highlights of lustrous sequins for a glistening effect. A new wardrobe favourite.
