Covid-19

We have done everything we can to ensure the safety of the Needle & Thread team and are monitoring guideline updates from both the UK Government and the WHO. The vast majority of head office staff are working from home and will remain so until guidance changes. Within our Warehouse function suitable PPE, including gloves and face masks, have been made available for all remaining staff, with increased regularity of deep-cleans as well as additional space provided to allow for social distancing.

Our UK and International delivery services are working hard to continue a normal service on deliveries - albeit with some minor delays anticipated on some routes. Delivery warehouse staff as well as delivery drivers are also following local best practise guidance with an extra focus on social distancing when making deliveries and hand washing / use of bacterial solutions where appropriate.
